Estimated Delivery Time

Unless you have received an e-mail confirmation that part or all of your order is on backorder, please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive based on your order date.

   Estimated Total Delivery Time  =  Processing Time  +  Shipping Time

Processing Time

The time between ordering a product and that product leaving our warehouse. Usually ships in 1 - 2 days.

 

Shipping Time

The time between product leave our warehouse and delivered to the destination, depends on the shipping method selected. It can be viewed in your cart, in your order confirmation mail or in My Account / My Orders.

Usually shipping time is as following:

Standard Shipping

Europe: 3-7 business days

USA/Canada: 7-11 business days

Australia/New Zealand: 7-12 business days

DHL Express Shipping

Europe: 1-3 business days

USA/Canada: 2-5 business days

Australia/New Zealand: 2-5 business days

 

Please note our following shipment procedures.

• DARAdance does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

• We ship each item as soon as it is available. Usually in 1 to 2 business days.

• To provide us with special delivery instructions for your order, please Add a Note at the Shopping Cart page, or you may also Chat with Us or Email Us. Upon receipt of your special delivery instructions, we will try to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Handling

DARAdance offers free shipping for qualifying orders of €100 or more to customers with shipping address in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and continental US address (not including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). Free shipments are shipped via Standard Shipping option. Tracking service is provided for all free shipments. Free shipping is not available for clearance/outlet purchases, or expedited/overnight shipping methods. For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee can be seen on our website by adding items to the “Shopping Cart" and choosing your country. DARAdance is not liable for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Shipment Status

All shipments are trackable. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with order tracking number.

Customs and Import Duties

​

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

European Union orders

DARAdance ships your package DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). It means you will not pay any additional duties or taxes.

Outside of European Union orders

DARAdance ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. DARAdance is not responsible for any fees occurs in transit. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
