RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are pleased to offer a no quibble 15 day returns guarantee for any reason for a Refund or an Exchange. Simply complete and submit the Return Form and we will provide you all details needed to send the items back to us.

Marked, scuffed or dirty shoes and/or items displaying obvious evidence of wear are not eligible for return. Shoes should only be tried on on a clean and soft surface.

 

All items being returned must be unworn, unwashed, with clear outsoles and with all tags still attached. The items must be sealed in their original boxes or packaging, and then safely packaged. You are responsible for the return of the items, and any damage caused to them whilst in transit back to us may affect your chances of a full refund.

 

Take the package to your local post office or courier's company of your choice. We advise all customers to send items back on a tracked service and to require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product at the offices of DARA dance in Bulgaria, EU.

 

Your return will be processed as soon as we receive the items back. Usually 1-2 days, but in any case, within 10 calendar days from receipt of goods returned.

 

Please note: You will be responsible for postage to return your item(s) back to us. Postage is not refundable.

 

Please note: If you return a used, worn or washed item that is not approved by our quality control, we cannot send the item back to you or process a refund.

Need an Exchange?

​

We will be happy to exchange items for all our customers within our returns policy period. If you do need an alternative item, please complete the Return Form with details of the product you would like to receive instead and we will process your request as soon as possible. If the new product is of a lower value, we will refund the difference back to the card or PayPal used for the original purchase. If the new product is more expensive, we will contact you for further payment details before we can dispatch.

Which items am I not able to return?

​

For reasons of hygiene, and the overall safety of our customers, products that are in contact with intimate parts of the body like tights and underwear are non-returnable.

​

Clearance/Outlet or Last Size products are non-returnable.

What if something is faulty?

​

We are never pleased to hear that any items received are faulty, damaged or were incorrectly shipped. All of our products are scrutinised prior to dispatch however if, on the rare occasion, something isn’t as it’s supposed to be, please complete and submit the Return Form. We will ask for the product to be returned under our normal return’s procedure within 15 days from the dispatch date and will be happy to exchange it for the same item or issue a full refund along with the shipping costs.

How will the refund be made?

​

All returns where an exchange is not requested will be refunded to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase as soon as possible. It usually takes 1-2 days, but in any case, no more than 10 calendar days from receipt of goods returned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please Note: We will only refund original shipping costs in the event of an error by DARA dance or in the case of faulty goods.
